Ingram’s continue to update their fleet of removal vans which are used to assist in the company's continuing domestic removal services. The company face daily challenging access problems with their removal operations in rural Weardale, South West Durham & North Yorkshire. Often a larger vehicle cannot access a customers property, due to tight turnings and narrow lanes, so a smaller vehicle is required to provide a ‘shuttle service’ or alternatively multiple trips where there are short distances involved.

When moving we do all we can to avoid damage to goods and effects. Using Ingram's packing service doesn't guarantee that accidents won't happen - but we do everything possible to reduce that likelyhood. Our experience allows us to wrap and fit things to the highest standards. Where a packing service is required, we stock all the necessary packaging materials. Should you prefer to carry out your own packing we can supply the materials in advance. Whatever you decide always allow us to pack your breakable effects otherwise you will not be covered via our liability.

Once we have discussed your requirements we will follow up with a written quotation outlining any services you require.

This document will be complete with our Conditions of Carriage on the reverse side and our insurance summary, please read both documents carefully and contact us about any queries you may have. If you are happy with our services please sign and return the acceptance portion of the contract.

When booking a move, please try to allow two weeks notice, although we appreciate often this is not possible.  We may still be in a position to accommodate your move with less than two weeks notice. When selecting moving dates remember that the busiest times for all removal companies are Fridays, holiday periods and short weeks involving bank holiday weekends.

When you use our containerised furniture storage system your belongings are packed at your home and then loaded straight into dry, secure containers which are taken to our container stores.
